Limited 4-Year Warranty for The Murf
WallRise, LLC warrants that The Murf wall-mounted desk will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 4 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
- Defects in the electric actuator, monitor arm, and desk structure under normal use. Normal use means operating the desk as intended, within the 90lbs weight limit, and following the installation and maintenance instructions provided.
- Repairs or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or exceeding the 90lbs weight limit.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
- Contact us at hello@wallrisedesk.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for repair or replacement.
- If it’s a simple piece that needs repair or replacement, we’ll send you the necessary part and walk you through how to repair it yourself. If you’re unable to perform the repair, you can return the product to us for service, following the steps below.
- If you’re in the United States, we’ll pay for the shipping costs to return the product. We’ll send you a new box with a return label, and then you can pack and send the box back to our workshop. For customers outside the United States, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to our workshop, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping replacement parts to you, if applicable.
Limitations
- Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty (4 years), to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
- WallRise, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use), to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
